Spam Laws That Don't Work

Britain is enforcing a spam law. No, wait. Britain has a spam now, it's not actually enforcing it. Why? Because it's near impossible to find spammers that's why. Educating people on how to not get spam and how to deal with it would be a much better option. [News (Wired)]
